FARHA may modify how much information is made available at different booking stages as the Platform develops.

  • Map display and related web services

FARHA's current implementation uses Base44 for significant platform infrastructure, including hosting/backend functionality, authentication, database and file-storage functions, built-in email and AI-related functionality.

Other integrations currently used or available within FARHA may include Ziina payment links, certain Stripe-related functionality, and Twilio/WhatsApp messaging, depending on the relevant feature or transaction.

The specific providers and integrations used by FARHA may change as the Platform develops.

Where third-party providers process personal data, their processing may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

FARHA does not sell personal data to third parties. We share personal data only where reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Platform and its services, fulfil transactions, comply with applicable legal obligations, protect legitimate rights and interests, or where otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

11. International Processing and Data Transfers

Some technology or service providers used to operate FARHA may process or store information using infrastructure located outside the United Arab Emirates.

Where personal data is transferred or processed outside the UAE, FARHA will handle such transfers in accordance with applicable UAE data-protection requirements, including applicable safeguards or permitted transfer mechanisms where required.

These are transactional communications and are different from marketing communications.

FARHA may introduce or use promotional and marketing communications where permitted by applicable law. Where consent or an opt-out mechanism is required, FARHA will implement the applicable mechanism before relying on it for such communications.

We do not treat acceptance of the Terms & Conditions or provision of contact information for a booking as automatic consent to unrelated marketing where separate consent is required.

13. Storage Technologies, Analytics and Tracking

FARHA uses certain technologies necessary to operate and understand the Platform, including authentication/session technologies, local storage, session storage and first-party activity records.

These technologies may be used to:

At the time of this Policy, FARHA's application audit did not identify an implemented advertising pixel, Google Analytics tag or customer-facing cookie consent manager in the inspected application.

If FARHA introduces non-essential advertising or marketing tracking that requires consent under applicable law, FARHA will implement appropriate disclosure and consent controls.

14. Data Retention

FARHA retains personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to:

  • Operate accounts and transactions
  • Fulfil bookings and orders

  • Resolve complaints and disputes
  • Maintain appropriate financial and transaction records
  • Prevent fraud or misuse
  • Meet applicable legal, accounting or regulatory obligations
  • Establish, exercise or defend legal claims

Different categories of information may require different retention periods.

FARHA does not state that every booking record is automatically retained for a fixed seven-year period. The appropriate retention period will depend on the nature of the information and applicable legal or operational requirements.

Where information is no longer reasonably required and no legal or legitimate basis requires its continued retention, FARHA may delete, anonymize or otherwise securely dispose of it as appropriate.

FARHA may need to verify your identity before processing a request in order to protect personal data from unauthorized disclosure or deletion.

FARHA is intended for use by adults who are able to enter into the relevant transactions.

FARHA does not intentionally seek to collect personal data directly from children for the purpose of creating customer accounts.

However, event bookings, gifts, photographs, customization requests or other event-related content may sometimes contain information relating to children when provided by an adult.

Where you provide personal data or images relating to a child, you are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate legal basis or authority to provide that information for the requested service.

17. Data Security

FARHA takes reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse, taking into account the nature of the information and the Platform.

Access to certain information is restricted based on account, role or booking relationships.

However, no website, online platform or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

FARHA does not claim in this Policy to hold a particular security certification, conduct security audits at a particular frequency, or use a specific encryption standard unless such a claim has been separately verified.

18. Your Responsibilities

You should ensure that personal information you provide to FARHA is accurate and appropriate for the relevant transaction.

If you provide information about another person — such as a gift recipient, guest, contact person or individual appearing in uploaded content — you should ensure that you have an appropriate basis or permission to provide that information.

Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in booking notes, messages, reviews or AI prompts.

19. Changes to this Privacy Policy

FARHA may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, Platform functionality, technology, service providers or business operations.

The latest version and its “Last Updated” date will be made available through FARHA.
